My goal in therapy is to create a safe place where you can comfortably identify, process, and work through the challenges that are making it difficult to build the life you want. I work with adolescents and adults dealing with life transitions, relationship challenges, difficulties at work or school, and those experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. In our work together, I will approach you as an individual and draw from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, mindfulness, and strengths-based perspectives.
My hope is that we will work together to help you will develop a better understanding of yourself and new ways to manage the challenges life brings.
